STAGE one sold out in eight weeks, stage two is moving fast and stage three is set to be released around the same time as an $850,000 mega park opens in Verona Estate.
HCAP Developments have just released new artist impressions of what Verona Parklands will look like on completion, sitting within the $90 million Verona Estate, the purpose-built park will only add to the sales drive happening in the Redbank based estate.
Nigel Alcorn and his girlfriend got in quick, snapping up their dream home in the first stage for just $379,603.
“We were so excited when we realised that we could own a brand new four-bedroom home for less than $400,000, I really couldn’t believe the price,” Mr Alcorn said.
“When we began looking we were pretty picky about where we wanted to build, we didn’t want to wait for amenity to be built — we wanted to start living straight away.”
HCAP Developments CEO Steve Howell said Verona Parklands was sure to be hit with families, with expansive kick and throw areas, climbing mega deck tower with slides, adventure tunnels and sheltered picnic areas.
“Such a level of amenity is generally reserved for larger communities, however we felt that it was important to create a space for both residents and the wider community to come together,” he said.
With all 58 homes in the first stage of Verona snatched up in just eight weeks, Stage Two has again proven to be popular among first-home buyers.
Urbane Homes sales and marketing director Jon Rivera said the Parklands combined with Verona’s proximity to Greater Springfield and unbeatable value had been really attractive for young families in the area.
“Arguably the best value in South East Queensland, Verona offers the most affordable house and land this close to the Brisbane CBD,” he said.
“Verona Park is another part of the continued investment in the Redbank area, including the recently opened Town Square Redbank Plains, which is why we were so excited to be involved.”
The recently completed $140 million Town Square Redbank Plains opened at the end of 2016 and is home to more than 75 speciality retailers.
Construction of Verona Parklands is due to be completed in late August, in time for the launch of Stage Three.
Verona Estate is eight minutes drive from Springfield CBD, 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and has home sites ranging from 350sq m to 1082sq m.
