Marquee is setting a new benchmark for coastal luxury

‘One Cannes’ is Marquee Development Partners seventh project on the Gold Coast bringing its total portfolio value of completed and future projects on the Gold Coast to more than $400 million. The developers latest project is set to usher a new level of luxury living  for owner-occupiers downsizing near the beachfront.

The One Cannes development will sit just a short distance from Marquee’s original sell-out residential tower, Cannes Waterfront Living, which established Marquee as an industry leader in producing a luxury standard of waterfront living.

“We asked ourselves – what would we want if we owned a large, luxury home on the Gold Coast but wanted to downsize into an apartment without sacrificing amenity? Once we answered that question we went to the market for their feedback and with that data we believe we have created the ultimate amenities for our owners,” said Marquee Development Partners sales director, Azura Griffen.

“We’re taking One Cannes to the next level with 73 per cent more amenity per apartment than Cannes Waterfront Living,” Mrs Griffen said.
