The One Cannes development will sit just a short distance from Marquee’s original sell-out residential tower, Cannes Waterfront Living, which established Marquee as an industry leader in producing a luxury standard of waterfront living.

“We asked ourselves – what would we want if we owned a large, luxury home on the Gold Coast but wanted to downsize into an apartment without sacrificing amenity?
