Since our last construction update, Rawcorp are nearing completion of the foundation works, with three of the four concrete pours completed, and the final pour scheduled to occur soon. The retaining walls and backfilling are also well underway.

Completion of the inground electrical and plumbing services means external connections can be completed in the coming month.

The structural columns and walls to the underside of level 2 are progressing, with Rawcorp jumping the podium car park construction to accelerate construction of the tower. Scaffolding and form work are underway to enable the concrete pour to begin.

In a major milestone for the project, the tower is now installed and fully operational.
