We are expecting 2022 to be a jam-packed year, Condev’s crews were back onsite in early January to get a head start. The basement piling has been completed and the capping beam is almost finished.

Condev’s crews are preparing to install the dewatering system which is designed to keep the site dry, allowing basement excavation to commence next month.

Due to the effects of COVID-19, extended wet weather, and critical labour shortages affecting the construction industry, the majority of projects in South-East Queensland have suffered some delays.
