We’ve experienced the wettest start to the year in over three decades with over 1800mm of rainfall so far. The continued wet weather has made the site largely unworkable & this has dramatically impacted the completion of the blinding layer.
Despite the record-breaking rainfall, the crews have completed 90% of the blinding layer, taken delivery of the steel reinforcing, and started on the raft slab. Once this is complete, the tower crane can be erected, allowing works to progress further.
Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to deliver Shoreline as quickly as possible without compromising on our high standards of quality.
