We’re excited to bring you the latest construction update for SOL Kirra Beach. The crews have spent the last month commencing the basement excavation and preparing the capping beam system.

Once the capping beam reinforcing is in place, the lateral bracing structure can be secured into the basement retaining walls. With the retaining walls strengthened, excavation can progress further into the slope.

Excavation remains highly susceptible to the weather, so with a sunny forecast we’re looking forward to works ramping up over the coming month.
