It was the plan from the very beginning for prolific Gold Coast developer Marquee, who painstakingly amalgamated the Musgrave Street block over several years. That gave them time to work with Ellivo Architects to create the luxury building which has already been a hit with buyers from the US, New Zealand, Sydney, Melbourne & the Gold Coast.
Marquee were patient in their pursuit to acquire the whole site, knowing that when the amalgamation was complete, they could create a development which would offer some of the most impressive, and more importantly, unrepeatable views compared to any other development on the Gold Coast.
But what Marquee and Ellivo has managed to do is, with a clever design, create every apartment with almost the same picturesque view.
