Tony had been looking for the perfect apartment on the Gold Coast for over four years, once he saw The Catalina with its central location, spacious floor plans, and five-star resident’s amenities, he knew he had found it.
Tony opted for a south-west facing, 3-bedroom apartment halfway up the building with an abundance of space, sweeping river views & a feature dry-bar.

As a downsizer, Tony was accustomed to having plenty of space to relax, unwind and exercise, he didn’t like the idea of giving up his hobbies to move into an apartment.
