Our in-house licensed builder & design team works directly with each builder to hold them accountable and ensure they deliver on the high-quality standards that we set, within the required time frame. Part of the Marquee difference is that we never build ourselves, so you can have comfort knowing the builder can’t hide anything.

Upgrades

We are constantly reviewing and refining our communities to provide the best outcome possible for our residents. This often means investing significantly into upgrading communal amenity as it comes to life. In one of our most recent communities, Stanhill Chevron Island, we spent $350,000 on additional upgrades at no charge to our residents.

Settlement

No other developer is more hands on at settlement. Our in-house qualified valuer and property management team are there on the ground to manage the entire settlement process for you, ensuring a smooth process without any hiccups.
