As Marquee’s Construction Manager with over 20 years development & construction experience, Jacques has managed the delivery of every apartment project to date. Equipped with qualifications in Project Management, as well as a QBCC Builders licence, Jacques applies his in-depth knowledge to ensure each project is delivered on time and, executed to our exceptionally high standards of quality. Most days Jacques is on-site at one of the active construction projects holding the builder accountable.
Jacques’ complex knowledge of the development lifecycle, strong relationship-building skills & clear communication style has proven invaluable in developing trusted relationships with builders & sub-contractors.
Michelle has been Marquee’s Operations Manager for over eight years and as a result she has a deep understanding of every facet of the business. Michelle’s role is to implement & improve our systems, as well as oversee management of our projects once they’ve reached completion.
Her wealth of knowledge and experience across finance and business administration cements her as a highly valuable member of our development team.
Having been a part of Marquee from the beginning, Doug ensures our vision for each project is brought to life as promised. With over 15 years’ experience and qualifications in Town Planning & Urban Design, he works closely with all facets of the business from site acquisitions to design to ensure seamless communication & delivery across each project.
Doug brings an analytical and methodical perspective to every project. With his passion for design and to create unique and enjoyable spaces for each resident, the result is award worthy buildings.
After studying Architecture & Design at the University of Belgrade & The Oslo School of Architecture, Helena has a built her experience working with high-profile architecture firms in Australia & Ireland.
As Design Manager, Helena approaches each project with a sharp eye, focusing on creating luxurious and purposeful spaces that our clients are proud to call home. Helena is a key member of the development team, building strong relationships with consultants & suppliers globally to ensure our projects are finished to perfection.
At Marquee, Ben’s focus is to identify, review & acquire development sites, as well as help ensure that our new apartment, townhouse or house and land package offers great value for the end purchaser. As a certified practising valuer with a Masters of Property, Ben applies his in-depth knowledge of the property market to ensure each development site is suitable for us to deliver on our pillars of quality, value & lifestyle.
Relationship-driven, Ben gets great satisfaction in working with owners to find a pathway to unlock the value of their property to create a new development project. Ben also works tirelessly to analyse each property market to ensure that our completed projects offer compelling value for the end purchaser and they obtain 100% valuation support to allow an easier settlement process.
Azura leads the sales team for Marquee. As a Gold Coast local with over 20 years’ experience in residential project marketing & sales, she is well-respected in the market and is frequently featured in the media as the spokesperson on the local property market. Her focus is to nurture relationships with our clients, being there from inspecting our sales displays, all the way through to settlement and helping place keys in the hands of excited new owners. It is this rapport that Azura builds with each and every client that makes the purchasing journey a smooth and enjoyable process for everyone.
