Works have progressed well at Shoreline this month with the capping beam & structural bracing completed. Following the completion of support to the site, the PBS crews were able to commence the basement excavation.

We are expecting the basement excavation to be completed next week, this will swiftly be followed with a concrete blinding layer being poured in preparation for the raft slab.

A dewatering system has been installed this month to ensure the basement remains dry throughout excavation.
