Marquee has just completed construction on two high-end developments, the 18 level Shoreline at Broadbeach and its 9 level Northshore at the gateway to Palm Beach and is now putting the final touches on its third completion, the 18 level One Cannes at Surfers Paradise which is set for completion next month.
The completion of One Cannes, the company’s 10th Gold Coast project, comes as it embarks on its most premium project yet – the luxury absolute beachfront La Belle at Palm Beach which has sold more than 50 per cent of the beachfront apartments since launch in April this year.
“We’re delighted to be delivering much needed, high-quality apartments to a market that has been somewhat constrained because of rising construction costs but which still shows considerable strength from downsizers and owner occupiers,” said Jacques Winterburn, Director of Marquee Development Partners.
“All three of our projects sold out well ahead of completion and this gives us much confidence heading into our La Belle project which is selling very well.”
Marquee has established itself as a leader delivering quality and sophisticated living spaces that feature an unparalleled level of lifestyle amenities.
“Enhancing the liveability of not just the apartment but the precinct into which residents are buying has been our hallmark across all three projects,” said Mr Winterburn.
“All three – Shoreline, Northshore and One Cannes – are distinct in that they offer unparalleled residential and recreational facilities that maximise the lifestyle of our purchasers.
Many have downsized from luxury freestanding homes as part of a downsizer strategy and we have worked hard to ensure the recreational elements we have included in each building is part of an easy transition to downsizing.
“They lose little in terms of living area through spacious apartment designs and actually gain through well-conceived community and recreational offerings.”
By way of example, Shoreline’s luxury amenities include two recreational areas, a magnesium pool, sundeck, state-of-the-art work-from-home facilities, a health and wellness hub, and a rooftop residents’ lounge with stunning views.
“Many of our buyers still have the need to work from home and we have created communal work spaces that enable them to achieve their work goals in spaces that are a big part of the community utilised by create like-minded owners in the same situation,” said Mr Winterburn.
“Shoreline was designed to meet to growing demand for residences that support a balanced work-life lifestyle”.
“A signature within all Marquee residences, we prioritise business and wellness amenities to reflect this shift”.
The 18 Level Shoreline, located at 61 Old Burleigh Road, sees the completion of a boutique collection of 27 exclusive half-floor, 3-bedroom apartments.
Situated near the central Gold Coast’s prime residential spots, Shoreline combines luxury living with easy access to patrolled beaches, local cafes, and popular surf clubs.
The 9 Level Northshore project, a joint venture with LHPP, sold out within three weeks of its launch and was recently completed. Northshore features 93 units, ranging from 2-bedrooms plus multipurpose room to 3-bedroom apartments.
Northshore’s design emphasises indoor-outdoor living, with large glass frontages offering natural light, ocean breezes and 360-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Burleigh Heads, Tallebudgera Creek, Palm Beach and the hinterland.
Northshore boasts 5-star resort-style amenities, including a waterfall edge pool with a Baja deck, outdoor dining, a cinema, a full-sized gym, work-from-home facilities, and extensive wellness offerings.
After completion of these three projects, Marquee will be focused on delivering its two premium beachfront projects, Monterey at Kirra and La Belle at Palm Beach. As the Marquee business has evolved, it has a high volume of repeat customers, a feat that is rare in ‘off the plan’ sales. Marquee continues to look for high quality premium sites on the Gold Coast that it can continue to deliver for its clients.
In addition, Marquee’s most recent project La Belle at Palm Beach is set to commence construction in June 2024.
