As south-east Queensland continues to experience historic levels of wet weather, we are beginning to see the impact this is having across the construction industry, with the majority of projects experiencing delays due to poor conditions onsite. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to deliver Palm Beach Residences as quickly as possible without compromising on our high standards of quality and safety.

Following the completion of the level 2 podium, construction of the building tower is in full-swing, with Rawcorp recently completing the level 4 slab.

Currently the crews are installing structural pre-cast columns spanning from levels 4 to 6, they will soon begin construction of the blockwork columns, walls & spandrels to balconies.

The internal fitout has commenced, including plumbing stacks, mechanical equipment, internal walls, windows & waterproofing.
