Works have been progressing well since our last update. The level 7 slab has been poured and the crews are now focusing on the blockwork walls, columns and scaffolding.

Internally, the apartments are taking shape with sheeting completed on level 2 and the carpentry fitout and painting has commenced. On level 3 sheeting is almost finished, whilst on level 4, the framing and services are well underway. The drainage on level 5 has been installed and construction of the party walls has begun.

Externally, rendering of the balustrades and balconies has begun on levels 2 & 3.
