Since returning in the new year, the crews have been working at a great pace preparing for the final Ground Floor concrete pour. Given the size of the Ground Floor slab, it had to be poured in 3 sections.

Blockwork has now commenced on the Ground Floor with the boundary walls and large planters starting to define the spaces around the Mawarra Street entry and pool area. Over the last month, the columns for the First Floor have been installed and the dewatering system has been decommissioned and removed.
