It’s late November and the crews have finally had a spell of clear weather.

Excavators are levelling the front portion of the site in preparation for foundations and columns later this year.

Plumbing services will also be installed in the coming weeks, and after some delays in concrete availability, crews are aiming to pour the rear section of basement slab by the end of the year.
