This month the finishing touches have been applied to The Catalina, with construction largely completed & the builders are repairing the final defects. Over the last few weeks the final pieces of furniture have arrived and we’ve installed over 80 pieces of artwork throughout the corridors, providing a unique experience on each level.

The plan sealing application is currently being reviewed by council and at this stage we are expecting settlements to occur in December with the first residents moving in before Christmas.
