Tiling is now complete across all residential levels & internal communal areas, with tiling of the external areas & pathways underway.

The installation of joinery, stone & glazing is ramping up on Levels 8 & 9, as Rawcorp continue the final phases of cleaning & quality checks on the lower levels.

Externally, local landscape contractor, Living 4 Landscapes, have spent the last month planting out the podium & ground floor planters. Next, they will commence planting out the street frontages & installation of hardscape furniture items to the communal spaces.

Additionally, since the removal of the site crane, crews are now able to begin construction of the pool area, including the surrounding planters.

Onlookers are finally able to grasp the full view of Palm Beach Residences as the scaffolding has been completely removed. The final elements of the feature screening will now be installed at ground level.
