It’s been a demanding month for crews at Palm Beach Residences as they work tirelessly to maintain their target of achieving Practical Completion within the month of April.

Commissioning of the building’s services are currently being finalised as crews work their way through the communal areas to apply final touches.

Living 4 Landscapes have successfully completed all landscaping throughout the building, with hardscape furniture, architectural screening, and pool finishes being installed to bring it all together.

Finishing trades continue to work through the apartments in readiness for the independent building inspectors to commence their investigations and reporting. The building inspection reports have been commissioned for each apartment and will be made available during the pre-settlement inspection process.

As we draw nearer to completion, we can’t wait to unveil the finished product.
