Since our last construction update, Palm Beach Residences has begun to take shape as the rooftop arches that proud the distinctive architectural design is complete.

Waterproofing of the rooftop has been completed as crews begin preparing for the installation of the mechanical plant equipment. Drainage installation & wall framing has also been completed on all floors. On Level 9, window installation has commenced, as wall sheeting reaches completion on Level 8.

Further down the building, Level 7 has seen the commencement of internal painting, while tiling has commenced on Level 6. Meanwhile, joinery fit out is underway on Level 5, & kitchen stone benchtops are being installed on Level 2.
