Since our last construction update, crews have completed the Level 2 carpark slab allowing them to focus on the blockwork walls, columns & formwork preparation for the Level 3 podium.

The Level 3 podium is scheduled over 3 pours in the coming weeks. These next few pours are complex in nature, from a construction sequencing & formwork perspective.

The Level 3 podium forms the foundation for the tower to commence & includes many of the architectural features of the building, such as the entrance from Nyrang Avenue.
