On Level 3, the first concrete pour was completed late last month, enabling blockwork and columns to move ahead in preparation for construction of the buildings’ tower.

The second Level 3 concrete pour is scheduled this week as the team finalise the formwork, reinforcement and services installations.

Other activities on site this month include framing of the Villa’s on Level 1 and 2 and completion of the external water main and fire hydrant connections.
