The Villas on Levels 1 & 2 are continuing to progress with painting & waterproofing underway and tiling due to commence this week.

On Level 3, the construction of the common facilities & pool deck will recommence towards the end of the project to enable crews’ access throughout the construction of the tower.

The past month has seen crews complete the first concrete pour for the Level 4 slab, with the second & final pour due for completion in the coming days. This will mark the completion of the first typical residential floor slab, with the remaining levels to follow, each with two concrete pours per level.

Following the completion of the Level 4 slab, the precast concrete panels, blockwork & scaffolding will continue.
