We’re excited to bring you another construction update for SOL Kirra Beach.

Unfortunately Rawcorp Construction have experienced delays over the past month due to the severe rain events occurring across south-east Queensland. Despite the delays, the crews have re-established the level platforms and completed the piling. Over the next month the crews will complete the capping beam and then they can focus on excavation of the basement levels.

This month the crews have also installed both the crane base and structural bracing systems for the western boundary wall.

Due to the effects of COVID-19, extended wet weather, and critical labour shortages affecting the construction industry, the majority of projects in South-East Queensland have suffered some delays. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to deliver SOL as quickly as possible without compromising on our high standards of quality.
