As south-east Queensland continues to experience historic levels of wet weather, we are beginning to see the impact this is having across the construction industry, with the majority of projects experiencing delays dues to poor conditions onsite.

Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to deliver Northshore as quickly as possible without compromising on our high standards of quality. Despite the extended wet weather, piling works continue onsite when possible, with the rig now focusing on the centralised zone which will be completed in the coming weeks.

There are significant amounts of piling spoil being removed from completed zones to facilitate inground plumbing and electrical installations.  Rawcorp Construction are expecting to complete the piling works within the next week, meaning construction of the raft slab can then commence.
